3 Days Maasai Mara Safaris Itinerary
Day 1
Your tour driver and guide will pick you up at 7 a.m. in Nairobi and accompany you for a picturesque drive leading to the Great Rift Valley. Before arriving at the Maasai Mara game reserve, a few stops are made to allow guests to enjoy stunning views of the escarpments of the Great Rift Valley and get refreshments. Mostly, visitors arrive at the game reserve before lunch hour. During afternoon hours, game drives start around Maasai Mara and enable viewing of a variety of wildlife, including the Big Five. A packed picnic lunch is available. Later in the evening, sunset dinner is offered, and overnight experiences are gained at Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge, Sarova Mara Camp, or even Emayian Luxury Camp.
Day 2
The second day is spent fully in the Maasai Mara game reserve in search of the BIG FIVE animals. After bush breakfast, the morning game drive starts and targets viewing wildlife active in respective hours. The tour guide and driver make flexible timings. After having a delicious lunch, another game drive starts and offers a chance to view the migration of wildebeests. The day ends with dinner in the evening. The second night might be spent at Keekorok Lodge.
Day 3
The final day of the safari offers a game drive around Maasai Mara before departure to return to Nairobi. The target is to arrive in Nairobi before lunch hour. After arrival, plans are made for a safe flight home or securing a hotel in the city before resuming other schedules the following day.
